How to wear Hockey Socks:

1. Put on your shin guards:

Place the shin guards over your shins and knees, ensuring the knee fits snugly into the kneecap of the shin guard. Secure the shin guards with the Velcro straps.

2. Pull on the hockey socks:
Hockey socks are designed to fit over the shin guards. Pull the sock up over the shin guard, ensuring the tight end is at the bottom of the shin guard.

3. Secure the socks:
Use the garter belt to secure the socks. Attach the garter belt straps to the Velcro tabs on the undershorts or hockey pants.

4. Optional: Shin tape
Some players also use Shin tape to secure the socks further, especially below the knees and around the ankles.

5. Put on your pants:
Finally, put on your hockey pants, ensuring they fit comfortably over the shin guards and secured socks.
